Better Together: Strengthening Teams and Partnerships
Captain (SEAL) Travis Schweizer
Travis served 25 years in the U.S. Navy. His pinnacle assignment was being Commodore of Naval Special Warfare Group 3; a major SEAL command that conducted missions globally. He has led elite commando units while sailing the high seas, fighting in combat in Iraq and Afghanistan, and drinking in bars in Germany. He was able to create order out of chaos and turn defeat into victory … just ask him, he’ll tell ya!
For the past 5 years, Travis has coached leadership principles to athletic teams, corporate executives, youth groups, and college students. In addition, he gives back to the Navy as a test pilot of manned submersibles.
Born and raised in California, he earned an undergraduate degree from Loyola Marymount University, and graduate degrees from both the Naval Postgraduate School and the U.S. Naval War College.
Travis, his lovely wife Cheryl, and their two children reside in Connecticut and recently enjoyed an RV trip to Lake Champlain in Vermont.
